Welcome to Mum & More

Coaching has always been my passion. Even before I was professionally qualified, my natural style as a leader was to coach and mentor, helping people to grow, find their strengths and excel in their careers.

Starting my own coaching business had always been a dream and when I was on maternity leave in 2022, I finally took the leap and launched my first consultancy in career and leadership coaching.

What I noticed very quickly was that the clients achieving the biggest transformations were busy mums. Women just like me, juggling childcare, sleepless nights and the endless logistics of family life, all while trying to show up and give their best at work.

They carried the same mum guilt I felt, questioning whether they were doing enough for their children, while also doubting themselves in the workplace. Supporting them to overcome this and thrive was incredibly rewarding, and it sparked something in me.

At the same time, I had my own pivotal moment. I was always going to return to the corporate world and when I first applied for flexible working, my request was denied.

It was a knock that left me questioning how I could make it all work, being the mum I wanted to be and the professional I had always been and continue with the passion and love for my clients within my business.

Instead of walking away, I had open and honest conversations with my employer and pulled up my brave girl pants to belief in my self and show my capabilities. I worked to understand the current business challenges and then showed them how exactly how I could deliver what they needed but in a flexible way.

Fast forward to today and that very role has now evolved into something my employer never even thought possible. I feel more energised and fulfilled than ever and I get the best of all worlds.

Its proof that sometimes the door isn’t closed, it just needs a different key.

That’s how Mum & More was born.

Now, I combine over 20 years of HR leadership experience, my coaching expertise and my real-life journey as a working mum to support other women navigating this same path.

Navigating the corporate world as a working Mum can feel challenging, overwhelming and at times just unfair as you worked so hard for your career and now things feel very different. But it doesn’t have to feel this way.

Whether you’re returning to work after maternity leave or trying to balance a career and motherhood without losing yourself along the way, I’m here to help you find the calm, confidence, and strategies you need.
